Religious and Spiritual Organisations
Playback Theatre Sydney has a long tradition of working with religious
and spiritual groups in exploring the manifold aspects of service to
their communities.


Schools and Educational Organisations
Playback Theatre Sydney has performed in NSW schools since the
company was founded in 1980. We have performed in public schools,
private schools and for all the major religious denominations, for
audiences ranging from 12 years upwards and from as few as ten to
as many as eight hundred pupils. Shows tend to fall into two
broad categories:


Private Functions and Celebrations
Imagine a celebration where the story you tell is recreated on the spot,
in front of your eyes by a troupe of actors and musician. Then another
person tells a story and then another. There is laughter, tears and
shrieks of recognition. This is what Playback Theatre Sydney can bring
to your birthday party, farewell or festivity.
